Wednesday night saw the official launch of the Meg Mathews new soft furnishings collection! Think Rock Chick - Rock Chic, pops of colour mixed with lush silks and you'll get a true feel for the collection. Meg has teamed up with the successful homeware powerhouse Dwell to produce this exclusive range.
It was a star studded event full to the interior brim with Meg's friends, family and creatives...and me, all coming together to celebrate the new collection. Sadie Frost, Tamzin Outhwaite and the lovely Lisa Maxwell were all in attendance and raised a glass at the launch which was held at Dwell's flagship store on Tottenham Court Road, Central London.
What I love about the collection is the fact that each piece can be easily added to your current scheme helping to 'crank up the volume' on your interior space. A HOP must have is definitely the 'crown' cushions! Such a simple yet playful design which screams 'Brit Chic' and with the Queen's Jubilee and the Olympics this year why not add a little patriotism to your pad!
I grabbed a moment with Meg to congratulate her and to also find out a bit more about the collection. She is extremely passionate and delighted to collaborate with Dwell on such a creative project. Infusing her 'Rock Chic' personality into the design really gives it a great, modern & fun look.
If you haven't seen this collection already or are chomping-at-the-bit to get your hands on these amazing pieces then check out the range online at dwell as well as in-store.

The crown cushion steels the show for me too!
ReplyDeleteIt's elegant and funky - 2 words you don't often find together :)
Thanks for sharing!
Hope you get Good News today x
You've some great photographs Mary, looks like you had fun but as good as Mr Adler's soiree I wonder? :-)
ReplyDeleteMeg's certainly exercising her rock chic vibe, mixing black with brights can sometimes look cheesy, but she seems to have the right mix of hues here. And the grey accessories really do it for me. What's the image/print on those black cushions ?
Cheers for sharing lovely x
Thanks for your comments Sam,
ReplyDeleteThe print is 'Russian Dolls'. It was nice to see the collection in full ;)
